How It Works

    Consultation

    Tell us what you have in mind. Share the design, fabric, preferred silhouette and any finishing details you would like to discuss. Consultations can be arranged through WhatsApp.

    Choose Your Design

    Select an available fabric/design or discuss a custom requirement with our team. We will confirm what can be made before work begins.

  3. 03

    Measurements

    Submit your measurements through our Custom Stitching Form. Our team will guide you on the measurements required.

  4. 04

    Stitching Confirmation

    Once the design, measurements, stitching details, timeline and final price are confirmed, we will send you the order summary.

  5. 05

    Payment

    Receive payment instructions with your confirmed order summary. Stitching begins after payment and order details have been confirmed.

  6. 06

    Stitching & Quality Check

    Your outfit is stitched according to the confirmed details and checked before dispatch or collection.

  7. 07

    Delivery / Collection

    Once your order is ready, we will share the dispatch or collection details with you.

Payment & Confirmation

  1. Your design, measurements, timeline and final price are confirmed before stitching begins.
  2. Custom stitching requires 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% is payable according to the confirmed order terms before delivery or collection.
  3. Payment method: Bank Transfer / Raast. Payment details will be shared with your confirmed order summary.
  4. If payment proof is requested after your order is confirmed, share it on WhatsApp with your order details.
  5. Work begins after the advance payment and order details have been confirmed.
